Before placing an order, please carefully read the following information:

We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by Duotts. Our bicycles will be shipped from our warehouse in the United States, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

Note: Riders under the age of 16 for electric bicycles must be accompanied by parents or adults while riding.

Processing Time: Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to process the order after receiving it. Please allow additional time for updating tracking information, as there might be minor delays with local couriers. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping Time: For orders from the United States, we will ship from our warehouse in the U.S., with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing detailed tracking information so that you can follow its journey.
Upon receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm its availability and prepare for immediate shipment.
If your items are out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via email.
If your items are ready for immediate shipment, we will generate a shipping label.
If you haven't received this information for any reason or need further shipping details, please email miya.us@duotts.com, and we will update you on the progress of your order.

Regarding Bike Pre-orders:

Pre-ordered items will be shipped based on the pre-sale time indicated on the product name.
All other products in stock (not pre-ordered) will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Order Cancellation Service:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. We can cancel the order and refund the amount paid before the goods are delivered to you. Once the goods are received, the order cannot be canceled. For returns or exchanges, please refer to our return policy.

Order Delivery and Signature:

Due to the transportation of electric bikes requiring a signature confirmation, this is due to the high value of the product and restrictions regarding the delivery of high-capacity lithium batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave the package unattended. The shipping carrier can obtain visual confirmation from the recipient of the package as an alternative to an actual signature.
